Teresa Adele (she/her) is a multifaceted writer and dedicated yoga teacher residing near Denver, Colorado. Her Journey

Teresa's educational background reflects her commitment to both literary and wellness pursuits. Teresa graduated with honors from Hunter College in English, Creative Writing with a concentration in Poetry. Additionally, she has earned certifications in various health and wellness areas. She is an E-200 Registered Yoga Teacher with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience, and she has completed specialized training in prenatal yoga and kids' yoga. Furthermore, Teresa holds certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an IIN Health Coach, underscoring her extensive expertise in the field.
