Angelica Singh

I help health professionals and laypeople who are pursuing healthy bodies and minds as a Mind-Body Educator with over twenty years of trauma resolving education, self-exploration, and healing. From a philosophy of Health and Presence, I am dedicated to providing holistic healing and teaching to patients and students alike. Individuals receive techniques for self-regulation, presence, and awareness from me. Embodied Transformation is a set of tools designed to help and teach people how to be with oneself and others in a more embodied, empowered way. I provide a comprehensive mind/body approach that incorporates trauma resolution neurobiology as well as the "Art of Presence" that is required for recovery. Recognizing the richness and brilliance of each person's Mind-Body Being as a manifestation of Divine Intelligence, our goal is to assist each person's creative deal with various and conscious progress, as well as our communal journey.
